PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow movement of a worker (worker positions) during work at a workplace to be easily reviewed after work or during work and to allow recognition of the work start time and the work end time of the worker.SOLUTION: A work management support device includes: an information acquisition unit 51 which acquires a worker position Q of a worker detected on the basis of a signal from a positioning satellite 6, a detection time at which the worker position is detected, a work designation time designated by the worker, and an operational state of a work machine used by the worker; a time input unit 45 which inputs a designation time; and an arithmetic processing unit 53 which computes a worker position corresponding to a segmentation designation time on the basis of the segmentation designation time inputted by the time input unit 45 and the worker position and computes the work start time and/or the work end time of the worker on the basis of the work time and the operational state. |
