PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow recognition of the work start time and the work end time of a worker at a workplace.SOLUTION: A work management support device includes: an information acquisition unit 51 which acquires a work designation time designated by a worker and an operational state of a work machine used by the worker; and an arithmetic processing unit 53 which computes the work start time and/or the work end time of the worker on the basis of the acquired work designation time and operational state of the work machine.
