PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element capable of reducing deterioration in the vibration characteristic with a small size, and a vibrator having the vibration element, an oscillator, and an electronic device.SOLUTION: A vibration element 2 comprises: a stem 4; and a pair of vibration arms 5, 6 provided integrally with the stem 4 and extending from a tip of the stem 4 in the Y axis direction. When a length of vibration arms 5, 6 is defined as L and a length of hammer heads 59, 69 is defined as H, a relationship of 0.183≤H/L≤0.597 is satisfied, and when a resonance frequency in a basic vibration mode is defined asω0 and a resonance frequency in a vibration mode being different from the basic vibration mode, is defined asω1, a relationship of (|ω0-ω1|)/ω0≥0.124 is satisfied.
