PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the existence of parasitic resistance between a regulator and an operational amplifier destabilizes a voltage supplied to a power supply of the operational amplifier due to the variation of a consumption current of an LSI when a signal varying between a positive side and a negative side to a reference voltage (for example 0 V) is inputted.SOLUTION: There is provided an amplifier circuit including: a charge pump circuit outputting a second power-supply voltage having a reverse polarity from a first power-supply voltage inputted from an external power supply; and an operational amplifier receiving the first power-supply voltage and the second power-supply voltage, and having an output stage outputting an output voltage by push-pull operation. There is also provided a device including: a power-supply input terminal receiving an external power-supply voltage from the external power supply; a charge pump circuit outputting an internal power-supply voltage having a reverse polarity from the external power-supply voltage; an operational amplifier receiving the external power-supply voltage and the internal power-supply voltage, and having an output stage outputting an output voltage by push-pull operation; and an output terminal outputting the output voltage from the output stage to the outside.
|
