The invention relates to 15-oxospiramilactone derivatives, specifically, the present invention relates to compounds as presented in formula I and formula II, isomers thereof, and solvates or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compounds having the compounds as the active pharmaceutical ingredient, preparation methods therefor, and uses thereof in preparing medicines against tumors. The 15-oxospiramilactone derivatives of the present invention have activity against multiple tumor cell strains, and the activity thereof against tumor is positively correlated to the activity thereof inhibiting Wnt signaling pathways.
