<p>The purpose of the present invention is to easily adjust focus when a work to be inspected is switched from a large work (W1) to a small work (W2). To achieve the above purpose, an apparatus for inspecting the appearance of a work comprises: a transfer table (2) which maintains and transfers works (W1, W2); and camera units (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) which photograph the work transferred by the transfer table. In the camera units (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13), some camera units (9, 10) have cameras (91, 101). The cameras (91, 101) comprise: first body tubes (91C, 101C) which include imaging lenses (91L, 101L); and second body tubes (91Ca, 101Ca) which are attached to the fore-end of the first body tubes (91C, 101C). The second body tubes (91Ca, 101Ca) include focus adjusting glass plates (91L, 101L) whose both sides are in parallel.</p> |
