<p>PURPOSE: An air flap valve with a block stopper of a scavenge air receiver for a diesel engine, which is integrally formed on the inside of a shaft hole, is provided to restrict the rotation of an air flap at the opening time of completion in the opening of the air flap. CONSTITUTION: An air flap valve with a block stopper of a scavenge air receiver for a diesel engine comprises a plurality of support blocks(110), a hinge shaft(120), an air flap(130) and a block stopper(140). A plurality of support block is installed on a scavenge air receiver partition wall of the diesel engine. The hinge shaft is supported in the support block and revolves. The air flap rotates to open and close a ventilation hole on a partition wall. The key stopper is installed within the support block. The block stopper restricts the rotation of the hinge shaft. The block stopper is the section structure of the triangle having two oblique sides. The block stopper restricts the rotation of the hinge shaft and faces to the upper and lower sides of the hinge shaft.</p> |
