摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow spectrometric measurement in the most suitable time zone of one pulse emission and to allow spectrometric measurement in the most suitable time zone even for a light source having a short pulse width.SOLUTION: Light at each wavelength from a pulse light source 1, which is spectrally dispersed by a spectroscopic element 2, impinges on a measurement sensor 3, and output values from the measurement sensor 3 are stored in a storage unit 71 by a storage control circuit 72. The storage control circuit 72 reads out the output values from the measurement sensor 3 at intervals of a repeat period T to sequentially store them in respective storage areas 711. A measurement end timing and a measurement result acquisition span are set by setting circuits 76 and 74. When it is determined that pulse emission occurs in accordance with an emission detection sensor 4, a measurement result acquisition circuit 73 terminates repeated storage in accordance with setting of the end timing and reads out output values from the respective storage areas 711 as measurement results in accordance with setting of the measurement result acquisition span.
