PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal board which performs heat sealing achieving fusibility and detachability, and to provide a seal method and a container.SOLUTION: A seal board 1 of the invention is provided with a base part 1C and an annular seal part 1A located on one surface of the base part 1C. The seal part 1A includes: a plane part 11 having a flat plane arranged parallel with a sealed surface 231 at the inner peripheral side; and a separation part 12 which is provided continuing into the plane part 11 and separates from the sealed surface 231 toward the outer peripheral side. In a seal method of the invention, the seal board 1 is used to heat-seal a container body 20 having a flange part 22, which is formed at an outer peripheral edge of an opening part 21 extending therefrom, to a lid member 30 at the flange part 22. |
