PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic unit which prevents noise from occurring in data created based on a data signal while suppressing electromagnetic waves emitted into air, and to provide a reader unit and an image formation device.SOLUTION: A reader unit 100 includes: a CCD substrate 20; and a scanner control board 30. The CCD substrate 20 includes: a clock generating section 21; a first storage section 24; and a diffusion section 25 and transmits an image signal in synchronization with a clock signal. The clock generating section 21 generates the clock signal. The first storage section 24 stores pattern information. The diffusion section 25 performs frequency spread of the clock signal input from the clock generating section 21 on the basis of the pattern information to output the clock signal to a transmission path 40. The scanner control board 30 includes: a second storage section 32; and a control section 34. The second storage section 32 stores the pattern information. The control section 34 reads the clock signal from the transmission path 40 on the basis of the pattern information and reads the image signal in synchronization with the read clock signal.
