<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knock pin which is easy in drawing and reusable, and a metal mold having the knock pin.SOLUTION: A knock pin 4 aligns a first metal mold 2 in which a hole part 51 having a tapered internal peripheral face which is diameter-expanded to a knock pin drawing direction P is formed and an aging dimensional change is generated, and a second metal mold 3 formed with a hole part 52 having a cylindrical internal peripheral face by making the metal molds penetrate a knock hole 5 which is formed of the hole part 51 and the hole part 52. The knock pin includes a tapered part 42 having a tapered external peripheral face which is engaged with the hole part 51 of the first metal mold 2, and a second straight part 43 having an external peripheral face which continues to the tapered part 42, and is engaged with the hole part 52 of the second metal mold 3. A length L of the second straight part 43 is longer than a displacement amount X of the tapered part 42 in the knock pin drawing direction P caused by the aging dimensional change generated at the first metal mold 2.</p> |
