摘要 Disclosed are a device and a method for controlling the movement of a capsule endoscope in the human digestive tract. Suspension and localization of a magnetic capsule endoscope (15), as well as postural control of the capsule endoscope (15) in the human digestive tract, are achieved via the magnetic field of a magnetic ball (1). A stable suspension system is established by means of magnetic field control, enabling the capsule endoscope (15) to move in three directions of the XYZ axes and to deflect various viewing angles. Since the magnetic ball (1) can precisely generate a rotating magnetic field with 5 degrees of freedom during the movement thereof and generate a remote force on the magnetic capsule endoscope (15), a method for scanning the surface of the stomach is obtained, solving the problems of locating and controlling the capsule endoscope (15) under a movable magnetic field, and being capable of improving the detection rate of human digestive tract diseases after popularizing the use thereof. The device is free of the movement pattern in a traditional sense that a capsule endoscope (15) can only move relying on the peristalsis of the human digestive tract, and has the characteristics of accurate localization, a rapid control rate, and being safe and reliable.
