<p>Kit (1) for the heat treatment of foods comprising at least one portion (1'), wherein said portion (1') comprises at least one plate (2) having at least one compartment (3) adapted to contain a given dish; and at least one vat (4) in which said plate (2) is inserted, said plate (2) and said vat (4) being integrally joined and generating, within said portion (1'), the interspace (5) adapted to contain CaCl2 scales, at least one phial (6) adapted to contain deionized water, and at least one pin (7) present on the inner surface of the vat (4) and adapted to cause, by manually exerting pressure, the breakage of said phial (6), said pin(s) (7) being arranged at said phial(s) (6), characterized in that said phial(s) (6) is shaped as a coil and it can be divided into at least two sectors (6'), said coil-shaped phial (6) internally having at least one wall (15) arranged transversely and separating each sector (6') from the adjacent sector (6'); and in that said plate (2) comprises at least one compartment (12) adapted to contain serviettes and/or any thermometer and/or toothpicks and/or to contain condiments.</p> |
