PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed powder of a fluorine-containing polymer capable of suppressing heat degradation without coloring a film.SOLUTION: A mixed powder comprises a powder of at least one fluorine-containing polymer selected from the group consisting of a tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer and a tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro (alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer (A), a powder of an aromatic amine compound comprising no thiol group (B1), and a powder of at least one compound (C) selected from the group consisting of 2-mercapto benzimidazole and 2-mercapto benzimidazole zinc salt, where the aromatic amine compound (B1) is an aromatic amine compound forming no quinonediimine structure by oxidation or an aromatic amine compound preventing no extension of a conjugated system due to formation of a quinonediimine structure even if a quinonediimine structure is formed, and the aromatic amine compound (B1) is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of the powder of the fluorine-containing polymer (A). |
