PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective layer transfer sheet having excellent foil cutting property of a protective layer at transfer and capable of imparting sufficient durability to a thermally transferred image, and an intermediate transfer medium.SOLUTION: A protective layer transfer sheet 10 includes a protective layer 2 formed on one surface of a base material 1, which can be removed from the base material 1. The protective layer 2 contains an acrylic polyol resin whose glass-transition temperature (Tg) is over 80°C and/or a curable acrylic polyol resin obtained by curing an acrylic polyol resin, whose glass-transition temperature (Tg) is over 80°C, with a curing agent. |
