PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus 1 which enables maintenance of a filtration membrane 13 without stopping wastewater treatment.SOLUTION: In a wastewater treatment apparatus 1 where wastewater is sucked and filtered by a filtration membrane 13 and suspended solids are coagulated and precipitated, a plurality of membrane separation tanks, a first membrane separation tank 7 and a second membrane separation tank 14, are provided which are arranged with the filtration membranes 13, respectively, and receives supply of the wastewater. When a suction pressure P1 or a suction pressure P2 of either one of the filtration membranes 13 exceeds a reference value P0, the supply of the wastewater to the first or second membrane separation tank 7 or 14 arranged with the filtration membrane 13 whose suction pressure exceeds the reference value P0 is stopped, and the amount of the wastewater supplied to the first or second membrane separation tank 7 or 14 arranged with the filtration membrane 13 whose suction pressure is less than the reference value P0 is increased and the suction pressure of the filtration membrane 13 whose suction pressure is less than the reference value P0 is increased. |
