PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet with high dye transfer efficiency and dye storage stability.SOLUTION: A thermal transfer sheet comprises a magenta dye layer 2M on one side of a substrate 1, and a back side layer 5 on the other side of substrate 1. The magenta dye layer 2M contains a nitrocellulose resin and a sublimable dye. The sublimable dye contains, as an A dye, a dye represented by general formula (1) and/or general formula (2) and, as a B dye, a dye represented by general formula (3) and/or general formula (4). |
