PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue to monitor a plant with reduced power consumption when abnormality occurs.SOLUTION: In a control device 3, power source devices 15a and 15b convert supply voltages supplied from power supply systems 19a and 19b into set voltages respectively. While the set voltages are supplied, a plurality of monitoring and control devices receive an input signal 9 outputted from a field unit 12 via a transmitter 11 to transmit it to a remote operation unit 1 as a plant monitoring signal 2b and output a plant operation signal 2a from the remote operation unit 2 to the field unit 12 as output data 10. An abnormality function degenerate mode changeover instructor 21 monitors the power source devices 15a and 15b and, in a normal state, supplies the set voltages to the plurality of monitoring and control devices. In an abnormal state, the instructor 21 supplies the set voltages to set monitoring and control devices minimally required for plant monitoring and control out of the plurality of monitoring and control devices if one of the power source devices 15a and 15b is not capable of output. |
