<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking mold for microwave heating and a microwave heating cooking kit capable of giving moderate browning to the surface of the dough, achieving excellent texture by sufficiently heating the dough up to the inside, and facilitating the removal of the dough from the mold after cooking.SOLUTION: A cooking mold for microwave heating 10 includes a bottom wall 12, a side wall 11 surrounding the outer periphery of the bottom wall, and a drop lid 13 dropped inside the side wall and used in a state that it is in contact with the upper surface of the cake dough from the beginning. At least the bottom wall and the drop lid are composed of a laminated sheet having a base material sheet, a heating element layer that generates heat by receiving an electromagnetic wave, a heat-resistant resin layer formed on an inner surface side that the cake dough is in contact with, and the heat-resistant resin layer is formed of fluororesin or silicone-based resin. The cooking mold for microwave heating 10 and a mixed material bag 14 which contains a cooking material for microwave heating including at least shell flour constitute a microwave heating cooking kit 30 as a set.</p> |
