<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mast which is expandable for autonomous and spontaneous development.SOLUTION: A mast includes a development axis X in length direction and at least one basic structure unit (10) containing two platforms parallel to a plane YZ vertical to the axis X. A basic structure unit includes N stages (E1, ..., Ei, Ei+1, ..., EN) stacked each other parallel to the development axis X in length direction, with N being 2 or larger, and i being 1 to N-1. Each stage (Ei) includes at least three flexible tape springs (11) in length direction. In N stages, two stages are fixed each other by a connection platform (15) parallel to the plane YZ. An angle between two adjoining lower stage and upper stage (Ei, Ei+1) is off-set each other in terms of angle by rotation around the development axis X. The tape spring of the lower stage (Ei) is interposed between the tape springs of the upper stage (Ei+1).</p> |
