The method includes synchronizing, by the network controller, with at least a first and second base station. The at least first and second base stations are associated with the network controller. The method includes transmitting, by the network controller, the broadcast content to the at least first and second base stations based on the synchronization such that the broadcast content is transmitted from the at least first and second base stations at desired times. |
