The invention relates to the field of financial information technology, and more particularly to a system for dispensing cash. The present invention can be used in the creation and operation of systems which affect the dispensing of cash, inter alia, without the use of standard plastic cards and in cases where a high level of security is required. The claimed system for dispensing cash makes it possible for video information to be taken into consideration directly during cash withdrawals, for other payment instruments to be used besides plastic cards, and also for the security of cash withdrawals to be increased through the use of additional information about the customer.
