<p> Provided is an information processing system wherein even if there is a communications disconnection when information processing has been requested to another information processing device, the execution of the application is not aborted, and the processing results are obtained with the desired timing. The information processing system comprises a first information processing device and a second information processing device that are connected to one another by telecommunications, and in response to a request for information processing from the first information processing device to the second information processing device, the second information processing device generates access information to access a processing result storage unit that stores results of information processing, and notifies the first information processing unit. Then, the second information processing device continues information processing during a disconnection in communications between the first information processing device and the second information processing device, stores the information processing results in a processing result storage unit that is accessed using access information, and in response to the access using access information from the first information processing device, provides the information processing results stored in the processing results storage unit.</p> |
