PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated particles for cosmetics excellent in water resistance and to provide cosmetics comprising the resin-coated particles for cosmetics.SOLUTION: Metallic oxide particles, a layer derived from a coupling agent which coats the surface of the metallic oxide particles, and a resin layer which coats the layer of derived from the coupling agent are contained. The coupling agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of an aluminium-containing organic compound represented by a specific general formula, a zirconium-containing organic compound and a titanium-containing organic compound represented by a specific general formula. The resin layer comprises a segment derived from silicone macro-monomer represented by the following general formula (in the above formula, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; Rrepresents an alkylene group of carbon numbers 2-4; Ris mutually the same or different, and represents an alkyl group or phenyl group of carbon numbers 1-4; and r represents a positive integer). |
