In the air conditioning management device 1, a storage unit 14 stores first control content corresponding to a first scene where people are not carrying out activities in specific space in the building, and second control content corresponding to a second scene where people are carrying out activities in the specific space, as the control content for operating the air conditioning adjustment means 2. A selection unit 155 alternatively selects the first scene and the second scene.
