<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell capable of sufficiently improving photoelectric conversion characteristics of a dye-sensitized solar cell, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same and a dye-sensitized solar cell.SOLUTION: The electrolyte for a dye-sensitized solar cell includes a halogen, a halide salt, a basic substance and a salt of a basic substance and a hydrogen halide.
