PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe interior inspection device that can correctly and easily detect the position of an end part of an endoscope in a metal pipe from the outside of a wall.SOLUTION: A pipe interior inspection device 1 comprises: an endoscope 2; a coil 3 arranged at an end part 2b of the endoscope 2; an AC power supply 4 that applies an AC voltage to the coil 3; connection cables 5 and 6 that connect the coil 3 to the AC power supply 4; and a magnetic field detection device 7 that detects a magnetic field B generated from the outside of a pipe P. The magnetic field detection device 7 comprises: a magnetic detector 9 that detects the magnetic field B; and an indicator 12 that visually indicates a magnetic field intensity.
