<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film having high scratch resistance and weather resistance and also having high productivity.SOLUTION: A functional film comprises a resin base material, and an outermost surface layer comprising a material having a metalloxythan skeleton. The outermost surface layer comprises an ultraviolet absorber. The functional film surface has a contact angle of water of 80° or more and less than 170°, and a coefficient of kinetic friction of 0.10 or more and 0.35 or less.</p> |
