Disclosed are a method and device for determining a resource, which relate to the field of communications, and can reduce the co-channel interference among systems with different modes which share a radio spectrum resource. The method comprises: acquiring information about an interference relationship of a second cell to a first cell, wherein the information about the interference relationship is used for indicating the time-frequency interference of the second cell to the first cell, and the second cell and the first cell have different modes; and according to the information about the interference relationship, determining time-frequency resource information about the second cell, wherein the time-frequency resource information about the second cell is used for the second cell to allocate a time-frequency resource.
