The present invention relates to a polyurethane flame retardant flooring material composition and, more specifically, a polyurethane flame retardant flooring material composition with excellent flame retardancy, wherein the polyurethane flame retardant flooring material composition is manufactured by mixing a base with a curing agent, and a polyurethane flame retardant flooring material is manufactured by using the polyurethane flame retardant flooring material composition, whose flame spreading, smokability and toxicity are satisfied with the Korean Defense Standard (KDS 7220-4001) by mixing the flame retardant with the curing agent. |
