摘要 The present invention relates to a sensor for sensing proximate and touch positions and touch force according to input of a multi-touch and a fabricating method thereof. A method for fabricating a capacitive touch panel which is associated with an example of the present invention comprises: a first step of forming a film on the bottom surface of a lower plate; a second step of forming at least one support on the top surface of the lower plate; a third step of inserting a dielectric substance into a first space surrounded by the at least one support; a fourth step of coating the dielectric substance with a first material; a fifth step of curing the coated dielectric substance; a sixth step of removing the at least one support; a seventh step of attaching the bottom surface of an upper plate to the top surface of the cured dielectric substance, wherein a protective film is formed on the top surface of the upper plate; and an eighth step of removing the protective films which are formed on the bottom surface of the lower plate and the top surface of the upper plate, respectively, wherein the first material is a compressible polymer material of which the shape is deformed by the pressure, the dielectric substance inserted into the first space is in a liquid state, a plurality of upper electrodes are formed on the bottom surface of the upper plate, and a plurality of lower electrodes are formed on the top surface of the lower plate.
