PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazed joint structure excellent in tensile strength and corrosion resistance while maintaining brazability and moldability.SOLUTION: There is provided a brazed joint structure manufactured by brazing a brazing sheet in which a brazing material consisting of an Al-Si-based alloy is clad to at least one face of a core material consisting of an aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy constituting the core material contains Si:over 0.3 and 1.0 mass% or less, Mn:over 0.6 and 2.0 mass% or less, Cu:over 0.3 and 1.0 mass% or less, Mg:over 0.15 and 0.5 mass% or less, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, an average crystal particle diameter of 50 μm or more and an occupancy of a Mg-Si-based intermetallic compound and an Al-Mg-Si-Cu-based intermetallic compound existing in a grain boundary of the core material of 40% or less. |
