摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensated oscillation circuit which records occurrence of trouble, a real-time clock device and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A temperature compensated oscillation circuit 10 comprises a piezoelectric oscillator 14, an oscillation circuit 12 which is connected to the piezoelectric oscillator 14 and outputs a clock signal, an ADC 24 which converts a measurement result of an ambient temperature of the piezoelectric oscillator 14 into an ambient temperature digital signal that is a digital signal and outputs the digital signal, a compensation circuit 38 which adjusts an oscillation frequency of the clock signal from the oscillation circuit 12 on the basis of the ambient temperature digital signal, a register 40 which holds a temperature compensation flag 44, and a first low voltage detection circuit 28 which detects that a supplied voltage supplied from the outside is lower than or equal to a preset reference voltage. In the case where the first low voltage detection circuit 28 detects a supplied voltage lower than or equal to the reference voltage, the temperature compensated oscillation circuit 10 stops an operation for adjusting the oscillation frequency in the compensation circuit 38 and changes a value of the temperature compensation flag 44 into a value indicating that the compensating operation by the compensation circuit 38 is stopped.
