<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual mixture monitoring apparatus of a paving machine configured to allow an operator to properly monitor the amount of asphalt mixture remaining in a hopper unit, and the paving machine.SOLUTION: A residual mixture monitoring apparatus 1 of a paving machine includes: thermal image capturing means 2 for capturing a thermal image including asphalt mixture in a hopper unit of the paving machine; thermal image processing means 3a which extracts a high-temperature region of the thermal image and a low-temperature region lower in temperature than the high-temperature region, on the basis of a temperature of each pixel included in the thermal image; display image generation means 3b for generating a display image including at least a boundary between the high-temperature region and the low-temperature region on the basis of a result of thermal image processing; and display means 3c for displaying the display image.</p> |
