<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a substrate having excellent appearance without meandering fibers and irregularities on the surface.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded plate by laminating a plurality of prepregs containing a reinforcing fiber oriented in one direction and a thermoplastic resin, and placing the laminated substrate between molds, followed by heating and cooling. A sheet-like material having a smaller coefficient of linear expansion than a material of the mold is placed between the laminated substrate and the mold. It is preferable to use a mold material comprising an aluminum alloy. As the sheet-like material having a smaller coefficient of linear expansion than the mold material, preferable is a sheet-like material made of stainless steel or a sheet-like material made of glass cloth impregnated with polytetrafluoroethylene.</p> |
