摘要 |
The present disclosure provides a catalyst composition for ethylene oligomerization including an imino ferrous complex shown in Formula (I) as the main catalyst, an aluminum-containing cocatalyst, water, and an organic solvent:;;According to the present disclosure, a higher oligomerization activity can be obtained with the catalyst composition than with a catalyst composition system in the prior art which contains no water. Moreover, when the catalyst composition according to the present disclosure is used, a high selectivity of α-olefins is obtainable. Besides, the catalyst composition according to the present disclosure can enable rapid initiation, stable operation, and good repeatability of the oligomerization reaction. According to the present disclosure, a high oligomerization activity can be obtained even at a rather low ratio of Al/Fe, or at a low reaction temperature. |

A catalyst composition for ethylene oligomerization, comprising an imino ferrous complex shown in Formula (I) as a main catalyst, an aluminum-containing cocatalyst, water, and an organic solvent, wherein R is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, oxygen, and (C1-C10) linear alkyl, (C3-C10) branched alkyl, (C6-C20) aryl, (C7-C20) aralkyl, and (C7-C20) alkaryl groups; and R′ is selected from the group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted (C6-C20) aryl, (C7-C20) aralkyl, (C7-C20) alkaryl groups, R and R′ optionally being bonded to or not to form a ring; and wherein R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and saturated or unsaturated (C1-C5) hydrocarbyl groups; R7 is selected from the group consisting of saturated or unsaturated (C1-C5) hydrocarbyl groups, R6 and R7 optionally being bonded to or not to form a ring; and R8 is selected from the group consisting of saturated or unsaturated (C1-C5) hydrocarbyl, (C6-C20) aryl, (C7-C20) aralkyl, and (C7-C20) alkaryl groups, R7 and R8 optionally being bonded to or not to form a ring. |
