an anode body; a first dielectric layer formed on the anode body and including metal oxide; a second dielectric layer formed on the first dielectric layer and including an insulating polymer; a third dielectric layer formed on the second dielectric layer and including a dielectric substance having a higher dielectric constant than that of the metal oxide; and a solid electrolyte layer formed on the third dielectric layer.
