A solar cell module and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The solar cell module comprises: a substrate; and a plurality of solar cells located on the substrate, each solar cell comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an optical active layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode. In addition, at least a portion of the second electrode is located on an optical active layer of a neighboring solar cell, and a conductive channel is located between the second electrode and a first electrode of the neighboring solar cell. Therefore, it is possible to provide a solar cell module having a structure in which a thin film is formed completely over all the layers except for the electrodes. In addition, it is possible to provide a solar cell module of which module efficiency is improved by increasing an active area of each solar cell. |
