摘要 The present invention relates to a system for inspecting a pneumatic torque of a drill ship and a method of inspecting a pneumatic torque wrench using the same. Provided is a system for inspecting a pneumatic torque of a drill ship which includes a torque detector including a torque socket unit to which a pneumatic torque wrench to be corrected is connected, and a torque sensor applying a torsional moment to the pneumatic torque wrench by the pneumatic pressure supplied to the torque socket unit and measuring the torque; a control valve installed on a pipe channel of an air supply pipe supplying the pneumatic pressure to the torque detector and controlling the pressure of the supplied air for each step and providing the pressure; and a control indicator connected to the torque sensor and comparing a torque value measured by the torque sensor with a specified value of a torque for each step of the supplied pneumatic pressure to display a difference value. According to the present invention, a pneumatic torque value of a pneumatic torque wrench can accurately be diagnosed and inspected, so that fastening a bolt accurately in a specified torque value when constructing offshore plants such as a drill ship is possible, thereby improving safety of offshore plants, shortening correction time due to the self-correction, improving productivity, and shortening a construction period.
