PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electrode member for a touch panel with improved slippage of a sensor electrode surface formed on a transparent insulation base material and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: An electrode member for a touch panel comprises: a first sensor electrode including a first metal layer having a prescribed pattern-shape on one surface of a transparent insulation base material; and a second sensor electrode including a second metal layer having a prescribed pattern-shape different from the pattern-shape of the first metal layer on the other surface of the transparent insulation base material. A surface of at least one metal layer of the first metal layer and the second metal layer is selectively covered with an amorphous ITO layer. A manufacturing method of the electrode member for a touch panel is also provided.
