COATING MATERIAL COMPOSITION FOR PRECOATING, COATING FILM, METHOD FOR FORMING COATING FILM, AND PRECOATED STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material composition for precoating exhibiting a low water contact angle since an early stage following coating film formation and capable of providing a coating film excellent in terms of rain drop fouling resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance as well as coating film appearance; a coating film using the same; a method for forming the coating film; and a precoated steel sheet.SOLUTION: The provided coating material composition for precoating includes an organic resin (A), a polyoxyalkylene polymer (B), and an alkyl silicate (C). A coating film formed by using the coating material composition is also provided. A method for forming a coating film wherein the coating material composition is coated onto a steel sheet and then heated and baked until the temperature of the steel sheet comes to be confined to a range of 120 to 300°C is also provided. A precoated steel sheet possessing the coating film is also provided.
