Disclosed is a vacuum cleaner which is capable of drying objects being cleaned by blasting hot air and preventing the cleaning objects from being absorbed. The vacuum cleaner of the present invention comprises: a housing having a first bottom air inlet, a backside air outlet and an air passage for guiding a flow of a first air from the first bottom air inlet to the backside air outlet; and an electric blower fan mounted in the air passage to generate a suction force of the first air. Furthermore, the housing comprises: a head wind air inlet which sucks a second air from the outside and guides a flow of the sucked second air as a head wind against the flow of the first air so as to prevent cleaning objects from being absorbed; a bottom air outlet formed on the bottom surface of the housing to discharge hot air that has been heated by heat generated from the electric blower fan as air passes through the electric blower fan; and a flow direction conversion means mounted in the housing to convert the flow direction of the hot air to the backside air outlet and/or the bottom air outlet. According to the present invention, a user can selectively control the flow direction of hot air to the bottom air outlet and/or the backside air outlet and blast the hot air to the cleaning objects, to thereby dry the cleaning objects. In addition, the present invention allows a head wind to blow against the flow of air sucked into the housing, thereby preventing the cleaning objects from being absorbed and improving use convenience. |
