Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting a power headroom report of a terminal in a wireless communication system. The present invention comprises a step of triggering a PHR on the basis of a path loss change or a periodic timer, having a delayed PHR for the transmission of an uplink to a first base station in which a scheduler does not exist and storing the same in a terminal, and transmitting the delayed PHR to a second base station through the uplink connected with the second base station in which a scheduler exists, and the delayed PHR further comprises PHR delay information for indicating whether sub-frames are delayed and transmitted.
