Provided is a method for providing an emergency notification service, and the method comprises the steps of: receiving, from a ward terminal, contact information of at least one guardian terminal and a message to be delivered from the ward terminal for the at least one guardian terminal; receiving a help request signal generated on the basis of a contact between a near field communication (NFC) tagging device and the ward terminal; and transmitting the message to be delivered, to the at least one guardian terminal on the basis of the help request signal and the identifier of the ward terminal. Here, the NFC tagging device can receive and store the contact information of the at least one guardian terminal and the message to be delivered, which has been inputted through the user interface of the ward terminal.
