The invention relates to a surgical device for operations using laparoscopic techniques, more concretely an access device which allows access to the inner areas where the operation must be carried out, by means of previous insertion of trocars in the channels of the device, such that the operation is carried out by means of a single incision in the skin and allowing the suitable handling of the required instrument. The device described consists of a soft material and has an at least partially swellable structure, thereby facilitating the access thereof to the area of the operation and allowing a better adaptation thereof to the patient by providing better adjustment and sealing.
