The present invention relates to a method to manufacture seafood products with five fruit seeds, seafood products manufactured by the method, and an apparatus to dry seafood products wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps of: dipping seafood into a five fruit seed solution; and drying the seafood from the five fruit seed solution inside a drying room which includes a step of controlling humidity inside the drying room by spraying the five fruit seed solution inside the drying room. According to the present invention, seafood products can be manufactured which has soft textures, maintains and promotes health such as making the kidney function and stamina strong, facilitating male and female hormones, preventing infertility, having curing effects, and increasing immunity. |
