The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to dry seafood. The apparatus includes: a drying chamber in which a rack part to hold the seafood is installed; a driving part which rotates the rack part installed in the drying chamber; a temperature adjusting part which supplies hot air inside the drying chamber to make the inside temperature of the drying chamber to properly dry the seafood; and a circulation part which circulates the hot air, supplied to the drying chamber, to the temperature adjusting part to make the temperature adjusting part recapture the hot air supplied by the temperature adjusting part, and supply the hot air again to the inside of the drying chamber. According to the present invention, costs to generate the hot air supplied inside of the drying chamber can be reduced. Accordingly, the present invention can contribute to reducing not only the operational costs to dry the seafood, but also the production costs of dried seafood. |
