<p>PURPOSE: A reciprocating compressor is provided to prevent compression performance from being impaired due to a lack of oil by supplying oil to the inside of a cylinder along an oil supply hole due to the difference between the inner pressures of a case and a cylinder when a piston is located at the bottom dead point. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating compressor comprises a case(1), a frame(2), a piston(220), an oil storage recess(151), and an oil supply hole(153). A closed inner space is formed in the case. The frame is fixed to the inner space of the case and comprises a cylinder. The piston is coupled to the cylinder to be able to reciprocate and forms a compression space. The oil storage recess is formed on one side of the frame and oil is collected in the oil storage recess by the gravity. The oil supply hole connects the oil storage recess to the compression space when the piston is located at the bottom dead point.</p> |
