<p>The present invention relates to a combined welding method using electro gas welding and flux cored arc welding. In the combined welding method for welding a thick plate with a thickness of 60 mm or more using both electro gas welding and flux cored arc welding, the electro gas welding is performed on the thick plate up to 5/6 of the entire thickness, and then the flux cored arc welding is performed on the remaining thickness of the thick plate. According to the present invention, the combined welding method can achieve an optimal thick plate welding condition by easily discharging slag to ensure arc stability and can facilitate high heat-input welding and ensure the integrity of welding metal by deeply transferring protective gas into a molten pool, thereby increasing quality of welding.</p> |
