The present invention relates to a polynucleotide including a complementary area for a target nucleic acid, an area with the same sequence as a target nucleic acid, and an area with a stem-loof structure and a use thereof. The polynucleotide and the use thereof in the present invention enable a simple reaction without a purifying step since reaction is made in a tube and are used for detecting target genes including single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP).
